跑酷簡介

跑酷(Parkour)於80年代在法國誕生,”Parkour”一詞來自法文譯音 “Parcours”, 是近年新興體育運動。跑酷的發展初期作為一種訓練方法而開發的,但隨著時代的進展,它啟發了各種各樣的體育活動及動作電影,並吸引了許多志同道合的運動者。

國際體操聯盟的比賽中,跑酷場地設置各種障礙物、牆壁及欄杆等,並模擬市區內的各種障礙,運動員必須利用多種技巧以克服各種障礙而達至奪標。

國際體操聯盟賽事中跑酷亦分為兩項,分別是競速賽(Speed)和技巧賽(Freestyle)。在競速賽中,運動員必須盡快克服障礙,以最快的速度到達終點。在技巧賽中,運動員將利用障礙物來展示自己的風格和創造力,從而評審他們的技術水平。

參加者透過跑酷段練身體的跳躍及攀爬能力、協調性、平衡感、耐力、爆發力及力量。令個人全方位能力提升,發展出超越自己的移動藝術。

中國香港體操總會由2020年開始,將會開展跑酷競速賽的推廣及賽事。

Parkour Introduction

Parkour was found in France in the 1980s. The word “Parkour” comes from the French transliteration “Parcours”. It is a new emerged sport in Hong Kong. At the beginning, Parkour was developed as a training method but over time it has inspired diverse sporting events, action movies, gaining many followers. In February 2017, Parkour become the new discipline of Federation Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG).

There are two categories: Speed-run and Freestyle. In the Speed-run event, athletes must overcome obstacles as quickly as possible to reach the finish line in the quickest time. In the Freestyle event, athletes make use of the obstacles to show off their style and creativity as their technical performance is judged.

In FIG events, the Parkour area is strewn with a variety of blocks, walls and bars designed to mirror the different obstacles found in urban areas. To overcome them, athletes must make use of a range of techniques to achieve the goal.

Through Parkour training, it improves the jumping skill, climbing skill, coordination, endurance, explosive power and strength of participants. Thus, it enhances all round development and develop the art of movement.

Starting from 2020, The Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China is starting the development of parkour speed-run.
